I came across and watched this video about the Security and Prosperity Partnership. It's narrated by Tony Clarke, who is the Founder and Executive Director of Canada's Polaris Institute. For those of you who don't know what the Polaris Institute is, its a Canadian think tank based in Ottowa. Its stated goal is "to help empower citizen movements towards democratic social change"
